Rekor Honeycomb

REKOR HONEYCOMB offers durability and cost advantage.  The cardboard honeycomb panel is used as a separator between the products lined up on top of each other and acts as a shelf in the pallet and the parcel. It strengthens the connection between the product layers, prevents them from falling apart and increases the strength during shipment.

Honeycomb panel, produced from 100% recycled cardboard raw material, stands out as an environmentally friendly and economical product.  It does not contain metal elements in its raw material and is an environmentally friendly product.

While its hexagonal inner honeycomb structure provides a strength strength close to wooden products, its lightweight structure is not different from cardboard products.

As the size of the hexagonal inner honeycomb cells decreases, the honeycomb structure becomes denser.  The bearing capacity, resistance and durability of the product increase.

In addition to sea, train and road transport, it is also a suitable product for air transport thanks to its light structure.

Standard products in the panel segment are designed with maximum efficiency and price advantage in mind.  Products;  It has 150 gr/m2 Kraft liner surface, 150 gr/m2 Honeycomb liner interior and 150 gr/m2 Optikraft liner surface quality.

Standard products in the REKOR Strong segment are designed with maximum durability and efficiency in mind.  Products;  It has 270 gr/m2 Kraft liner surface, 150 gr/m2 Honeycomb liner interior and 270 gr/m2 Kraft liner bottom surface quality.

Standard products in the Rekor Honeycomb Panel group have been prepared taking into account international pallet sizes and logistics standards.

Different sizes are produced for institutions.  In special productions, thicknesses start from 10 mm and go up to 100 mm.

Especially punched honeycomb panels used in the textile industry are produced specifically for institutions.

Cardboard Pallet
Rekor Cardboard Pallet offers durability, lightness and cost advantage.  Denika cardboard pallet, which is produced from honeycomb panel and cardboard, is environmentally friendly with its structure consisting of 100% recycled raw materials.

While its hexagonal inner honeycomb structure provides a strength strength close to wooden products, its lightweight structure is not different from cardboard products.  While it offers a performance close to the carrying capacity of wooden pallets, its weight is approximately 1/4 of a wooden pallet.

Since it is produced from materials that do not require heat treatment and fumigation, it conforms to ISPM 15 standards.  It provides problem-free export.

In addition to sea, train and road transport, it is also a suitable product for air transport thanks to its light structure.

It does not damage the transported product as it is free of staples, nails and is one piece.

It does not contain metal elements in its raw material.  It is a hygienic product and suitable for use in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

It is not produced in different sizes other than standard sizes.  However, there is the possibility of special production in different colors or logos specific to institutions.
